For 66 years we have sought to improve the lives of not only our client members but our internal members as well.Schedule And Time OffThis Sr. Digital Performance Analyst position is remote, but if the candidate is close to the Carpinteria office we'd love to have a few Marketing Team Meet-Ups.We are hiring in many states, but the candidate will need to be available to work at their preferred time between 7 AM- 9 AM Monday- Friday Pacific time.We offer 10 days of vacation your first year, and each year you gain an additional day. Sr. Digital Performance Analyst

leads the end-to-end data collection and analysis on all aspects of digital performance by turning raw information into actionable business intelligence through the creation of automated dashboards, data visualizations, and ad hoc reports - bringing important clarity to the effectiveness of the fast-growing digital business lines.This hands-on role will work collaboratively with internal and external resources to own the selection and configuration of data collection platforms and define benchmarks for key metrics including Cost of Acquisition (COA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and overall Return on Investment (ROI).Diving deep into trends and drivers, the Sr. Digital Performance Analyst will proactively work to identify optimization opportunities across marketing channels, spend allocation, and creative content - using data to tell a compelling story that helps business leaders understand the most effective ways to drive awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention.RequirementsStrong ability to compile reporting and evaluate performance of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints based on defined objectives.Highly proficient in Google Analytics / GA4, site tagging technology such as Google Tag Manager, and server to server measurement solutions.Knowledge of traditional + digital media metrics, attribution models, media mix modeling (MMM).Deep understanding of media landscape, including ad tech + martech, and programmatic buying tools (audience management, DSP/SSP, social buying platforms, bid management, ad serving, web analytics).Working knowledge of CMS systems such as WordPress.Experience using an ESP tool such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or MailChimp.Strong understanding of the marketing funnel including cross-channel management and engagement touchpoints.Familiarity with VB applications and Salesforce preferred.Familiar with reporting, visualization, and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Experience developing, designing, and measuring A/B tests.Experience pulling large and complex data sets using SQL or similar language.Understanding of privacy implications in digital space and future-proofing marketing measurement in cookie-less environments, with experience tracking customer journeys through multiple media touchpoints.
