The location for this position is virtual/remote.This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a USA Outbound Complex Group Sales Manager, you will support this area which is at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and is important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya team reporting to Assistant Director Of Sales on property, you will work on projects including identifying potential business and new leads, representing the hotel in development of the MICE segment and developing account business strategy.How We Will Support You

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like

Customer and Account Management:

Actively engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention Bureau, and Intermediaries to retain existing customers and secure new business for the Hotel.Develop and execute plans to engage in outside sales calls, industry tradeshows and customer events representing the hotel in all interactions.Conduct site inspections together with hotel team through expert storytelling.Coordinate customer specifications (including room, food and beverage and meeting space requirements) via identified lead management system. Enter and maintain pertinent account and booking information in Delphi FDC in accordance with defined standards.Prospecting:

Research, solicit and generate new leads for business opportunities through database research and proactive sales efforts.Create and implement plan to shift share from your competitors.Engage in outside sales activities to uncover needs and establish relationships to win new business.Negotiations:

Negotiate contracts and commission agreements with end user customers and intermediaries, providing proven solutions that both achieve and protect the financial goals of the hotel.Engage Hilton Worldwide Sales and Hilton Legal to support the contracting process when needed.How You Will Collaborate With Others:

Work with a team of in-house hotel-based Group Sales Executives, ADOS, Director of Catering, Events Managers, Site Inspection Manager, and other related departments.What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of:

Attend industry events and tradeshows both domestic and international.WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT

You Have These Minimum Qualifications:

Five (5) years of Hotel Group Sales experience.Travel up to 50% (domestic and international).Experience with presentations.It Would Be Useful If You Have:
