This person is someone who thrives on achieving sales targets, loves engaging with prospective customers, delivering value to the customers and has a knack for building and leading teams.This is a remote position, based preferably in Singapore.What You Will Work On

Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the APAC region.Lead, motivate and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver on targets.Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.Identify opportunities for growth and drive strategies to capture these opportunities.Work closely with the global sales team to ensure alignment and cooperation in achieving company-wide goals.Deliver the revenue targets and drive business growth across the APAC region.Who You Are

10+ years of experience in the enterprise sales role, preferably within the tech industry.5+ years of sales management experience in the APAC region.You are passionate about working in a hyper-growth environment of a startup and love to operate with ownership.Strong understanding of the APAC market and business culture.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing market share.Fluent in English, proficiency in an additional APAC language is a plus.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.You enjoy calling high, developing and nurturing lasting relationships at the highest levels.You have a technical bent of mind and enjoy technical conversations.You are highly organized, driven, and can manage competing priorities.Bonus Points

You are familiar with FlutterFlow and its features.Experience in selling SaaS products.Have worked with one of the hyperscaler cloud service providers (Google, AWS, Microsoft).Benefits
