Job Description
A legal services company in San Diego, CA is seeking an Employment Attorney with 3-5 years of civil litigation experience to join their team. You will work with a partner, associate and other support staff, while managing 20-25 cases. You will also be required to work with a diverse clientele, as most of the clients at this firm are small to medium sized companies. The position is fully onsite at a company that offers a flexible schedule and excellent benefits.
Pay Range:
$130,000 - $150,000 DOE
Responsibilities
Meet monthly billing requirement of 160/monthManage 20-25 casesRun a case from start to finishPrepare for trialsAttend mediationsTake depositionsResearch and write drafts for cases
Requirements
3-5 years of civil litigation defense experienceBarred in CaliforniaExperience in employment defense is highly preferredMust be self-sufficientMust be passionate about the jobMust embrace constructive feedback and be open to professional growth
