Employment Attorney
with 3-5 years of civil litigation defense experience to join their team. In this role, you will collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff while independently managing 20-25 cases. The firm's diverse clientele primarily consists of small to medium-sized businesses, offering a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of employment defense matters. Salary Range:
$130,000 - $175,000 / year DOE
Employment Attorney Requirements
3-5 years of Civil Litigation Defense experienceMust have Personal Injury Litigation, Employment Litigation or Insurance DefenseMust have Defense experienceBarred in CaliforniaJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited universityExperience in employment defense is highly preferredMust be proactive and self-sufficientPassionate about the legal profession and open to feedback for growthEmployment Attorney Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of 20-25 employment defense casesMeet the monthly billing requirement of 160 hoursHandle cases from inception through trial, including trial preparationParticipate in mediations and depositionsConduct legal research and draft case documentsProvide exceptional service to clients, maintaining strong professional relationshipsBenefits
