Structure frameworks and apply analytical lens and problem solving skills to evaluate solutions to tackle business and operational challengesDevelop project plans & success metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage progress & timeline and achieve resultsContribute to the optimization and management of pricing models and marginBuild models, dashboards and other toolings to track and monitor company and projects performanceIdentify process improvement opportunities and lead the implementationCreate meaningful presentations for Management and Lob’s Board of DirectorsWhat will you bring to this role…
4-7 years of professional experience with combined exposure to analytics and project/program managementProven track record of defining and executing quantitative analyses with limited supervisionAbility to draw insights and identify/drive action plans to make improvementsPrevious experience leading cross-functional projects and rally stakeholders to achieve measurable resultsIntermediate+ SQL skills, experience with tools such as Looker, Tableau, SalesforceProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint (or G Suite)Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracyPerks
