As a Strategic Account Executive, you will play an instrumental role in fueling Lob’s growth towards an IPO through new customer acquisition. You will work with a highly capable team of marketers and business development representatives and will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and closing deals with some of the largest mailers in the world - companies that are mainstays on the Fortune 500.Responsibilities

Develop and lead enterprise sales and high priority opportunities from inception to closePlay a personal and direct role in building and maintaining enduring customer relationships, up to C-levelBe the expert that articulates Lob’s expertise and capabilitiesProvide technical, value-based demonstrations of the product configured to the requirements and use cases of the sophisticated and demanding organizationsManage and lead proof of concept evaluationsRespond to RFPs and RFIs when requiredCoordinate both external and internal resources in order to build momentum and facilitate agreements with customersProvide market and customer feedback to inform our product and service roadmapWork closely with members of our marketing, sales development, sales engineering, product, and engineering teamsQualifications

BA/BS degreeA proven track record exceeding quota and 7+ years of experience in a closing role leading customers through a B2B SaaS sales cycleDocumented success selling into some of the world’s largest companiesComfort with a fast paced environment, and a bias towards immediate action and resultsA relentless work ethic, mental toughness, and focusOwnership - willing to go out of your way to complete a job and a relentless drive to achieve results; you take initiative with minimal direction or supervisionThe creativity to handle never-before-seen situations smoothlyWillingness to travel periodically for events and customer meetings (10-25%)Additional Information
