eDiscovery Attorney

We are seeking several eDiscovery Attorneys to join our Litigation practice. The eDiscovery Team works closely with our litigators, arbitrators, antitrust litigators, and other legal support team members to provide streamlined and efficient eDiscovery support and document review and production.Key responsibilities and deliverablesAssist case teams with all aspects of eDiscovery document collection, review, and productionAssist with preparation and review of privilege logsPrepare witness prep binders and materialsAssist with later stages of litigation matters as neededSupervise contract attorneys as neededKey requirementsThe ideal candidate will have several years of eDiscovery experience supporting cutting-edge litigation teams at top-tier law firmsMust have a JD and active bar licensureMust have a sophisticated understanding of eDiscovery processes and experience supporting large, multijurisdictional, complex casesMust have an understanding of privilege and work product issues, including the applicable rules and caselaw governing privilege disputesMust be proficient with Relativity, Disco & ConcordanceExperience with analytic products such as TAR and Brainspace is a plusStrong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organization, and written and oral communication skillsFlexibility to work extended hours and some weekendsSpanish and/or Russian language skills are a plus
