This role will be based in SF or Chicago, with a need for in-office collaboration 1-2x a week (and as needed).Role Responsibilities:Vouch is looking for an IT Systems Admin to add to our growing IT team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for managing access to 3rd party / SaaS products that are used at Vouch. You will be part of the IT team and work to ensure that we are managing access to 3rd party services in a manner that is consistent with Vouch’s security policies and providing internal IT support.Job Duties:Collaborate with leadership, engineers, and vendors to deploy and manage SaaS ApplicationsStandardize procedures for application access provisioning during onboarding and offboardingDevelop internal tooling to help automate SaaS managementMaintain a centralized list of SaaS providers, manage budgets and licensesProvide quality documentation and training on application designs, best practices, and operational proceduresBe a primary contact for escalated application support issuesProvide in office IT/AV support for meetings and events and end user support/trainingDrive efficiencies through process automation to optimize operations and ensure service uptimesAbout you:2+ years of experience with SaaS Systems AdministrationExperience managing SaaS budgets, licenses, and vendors1+ years of experience managing Single Sign On applications with SAMLExperience with Okta Administration and Okta WorkflowsExperience administering Atlassian Products (Jira and Confluence)Proven ability to create effective documentation for internal stakeholder managementAbility to work across multiple teams easily to achieve common goalsNice to have:Exposure to and passion for early-stage startups and/or high growth environmentsAbility to implement automated ticketing and issue management workflowsExperience implementing automated user/device provisioning with OktaExperience automating system tasks via scripts (BASH, Python, etc) and SSHExperience with Linux system administration (and ideally, Docker too)Vouch provides a number of benefits to help you bring your best self to work:Competitive compensation and equity packagesHealth, dental, and vision insuranceParental leaveFlexible vacation time (Unlimited PTO)Wellness allowance ($80/month)Technology allowance ($100/month)Salary Range:The pay range for this role is: $100,000 to $120,000 per year.Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks.
