$180,000 - $250,000 DOEResponsibilities
Independently manage and oversee complex litigation cases, including real estate, business, probate, trust, civil, and financial mattersDraft complaints, conduct legal research, and prepare legal documentsTake and defend depositionsEngage in law in motion work in courtManage multiple depositions, discovery, and trial preparationAttend hearings and represent clientsMaintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client serviceCollaborate with partners and team members on case strategy and developmentRequirements
5-7 years of experience as a Litigation AttorneyStrong background in real estate and business litigationProven ability to handle complex and high-level cases independentlyExperience drafting complaints, taking depositions, and representing clients in courtExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsTech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and Word PerfectJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in CaliforniaBenefits
