The Junior Account Executive will communicate with prospective trucking business owners to help them grow their businesses. You will ask them questions to learn about their business, understand their goals and requirements, determine if they would be a fit with our platform and recommend offerings to support their business growth.The right person will be skilled at closing deals to meet their sales targets, and need to be comfortable with a high volume, high performance environment. Succeeding in this role means that you are helping thousands of independent truck drivers to live a better life and keep more of their hard-earned profits.What You'll DoRespond to inbound leads immediately through calls, texts, and emailsQualify new leads and ask the discovery questions to help tailor the pitchUnderstand customers' needs, handle objections, and identify sales opportunitiesArticulate our value proposition to prospective customers and differentiate our offering from competitorsEffectively and consistently follow up to move leads through the pipeline and drive conversionCollaborate with internal teams to support customer activationKeep up with product and service information and updatesMaintain CRM hygieneClose sales and achieve sales and activity targetsWhat You'll NeedAt least six months of experience in an outbound call center or a related sales positionTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayExperience working with HubSpot or similar CRMExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong listening and sales skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyHave a sense of urgency and understand the importance of response times to deliver the highest quality customer experienceTrueNorth is an equal opportunity employer.
