The Director supervises, manages, and coordinates all program and administrative activities to ensure the provision of quality care to clients and their families.Division/Program Overview:The program sees adults (18+) and older adults.It is a FULLY community-based program - all services happen at a person's home or community.The clients have complex needs - medication, housing, vocational, independent living and mental health.The intensity for services for each client is about 10 hours per month and once we are fully up and running, we'll have a census of about 50 adults.We are preparing to also start an Adult Outpatient Program which this position would oversee as well.
