Apply today and join us in shaping the future of real estate for a better world!In this role, you will be accountable for the delivery and analysis of a comprehensive range of financial reports. You will support our client through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and spend tracking. You will also be responsible for the development of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. The Analyst position works closely with our Client finance teams to develop and deliver accurate and timely monthly reporting.What will some of your day look like?

Detailed forecast analysis including Forecast versus Actual spending trendsAnnual Budget planning preparation and developmentMonthly and Quarterly Report generation and analysisAd-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal documents, reports, graphs, charts, and presentationsCorrigo data review and reconciliation to align with JLL and Client financial reportingSupport Operation efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrityParticipate in the financial close to support accounting processes including accruals, funding data reconciliations, GL Mapping, and cash flow analysisSpecial projects and other functions as required by the managerWho are we looking for?

A finance or accounting degreeCorrigo experienceSchedule: Monday - Friday day shiftPay: $80-90k with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salaryEstimated Compensation For This Position Is85,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD per yearThe pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable.
