Sr. Associate, Brokerage

to join our New England Brokerage team in our Boston, MA office. In this team-based position, your main focus will be on cultivating new opportunities, proactively prospecting, and generating leads with C-Suite professionals and decision-makers. Clients and prospects include local companies with single locations up to global corporations with many diverse geographic locations. Your working knowledge of any major vertical industry will be very helpful. In addition to sales, you will be involved in all aspects of the evaluation, negotiation, and successful delivery of real estate services.Responsibilities:Drive new business development efforts by actively engaging in prospecting initiatives to generate leads and convert them into meetings.Provide clients with industry and market-specific information as it relates to their business and maintain contact information on prospects.Maintain and update the Brokerage Team’s market research database and enter activities into JLL’s CRM system.Support client transaction processes by reviewing quantitative office location data, legal documents, and working with sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools including macro-enabled financial models and financial analysis, including cash flow projections, valuation models, and sensitivity analyses.Work with research and other team members to compile market information and statistics on the local commercial real estate market to assemble materials on market fundamentals, ownership, tenants, and economic analysis.Actively participate on the brokerage team by attending meetings and weekly sales updates, conducting market research to support presentation materials, publications, reports, deliverables, and use in completion of market surveys and data analyses.Contribute to designated local market research requests: market snapshots, market overviews, quarterly market decks, and topic-specific research to support pitches and brokerage opportunities.Attend JLL University (“JLLU”), which is a 13-week training, development, and networking program specifically for our new brokers.Requirements:A minimum of 3-5 years with demonstrable success in high levels of sales production.Demonstrate success in business development and sales production.MA real estate license (or obtained within 90 days).Bachelor’s degree.Excellent interpersonal, customer service, time management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to be proactive and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.Project management capabilities, including multi-tasking, prioritization, deadline management, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment with a positive, professional attitude.Strong computer orientation and proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate it into strategic deliverables.Location:On-site – Boston, MAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
