As Head of Air Growth and Solutions for North America, this role will effectively support the wider Maersk sales organization, as the Air Product Sales leader through the complete sales cycle to effective closing through successful oversight of an experienced team of Air Product Sales professionals. This role will create, lead, and execute the Go-To Market strategy for the Product Line, participate and contribute with annual sales targets for Air Product, and ensure consistent delivery of budgeted GP and volume, through monthly reporting on business wins and conversion ratios.What your impact will be:

Effectively support the wider Maersk sales organization, as the Air Product Sales leader through the complete sales cycle to effective closing.Successful oversight of an experienced team of Air Product Sales professionals.Create, lead, and execute Go-To Market strategy for the Product Line.Participate and contribute with the wider sales organization - annual sales targets for Air Product.Ensure consistent delivery of budgeted GP and volume, through monthly reporting on business wins and conversion ratios.Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute annual plan for strategic growth initiatives.Execute and deliver budgeted annual GP and tonnage growth.In conjunction with Marketing/BPO, create and deliver NAM sales collateral.Represent Air Product as the first point of contact for the wider Maersk sales organization for all new commercial opportunities.Ensure Air Growth and Solutions commercial support throughout the sales cycle to closing.Source new lines of business from the existing client base.Gather market information on competition and client pricing trends.Accountabilities:

Maintain oversight of Air Freight sales pipeline, ensuring proactive involvement with commercial owners.Ownership for delivering key trade lane growth.Lead an effective team (4) of Air Sales professionals.Consulted about:

Margin improvement initiatives.New Air product solutions development.Air buying strategy.Air Market updates.What we are looking for:

Min 10 years direct experience in Sales with a focus on solution selling.Extensive technical Air Product knowledge including pricing, operations, and go-to-market strategies.Proven ability to manage a team of high-performing Air Sales professionals.Strong communication and presentation skills.Understanding of key cost drivers of logistics and supply chain management.Ability to facilitate cross-functional decision making.Parameters for Success (key measures):

Achieving NAM Air Product budgeted GP and tonnage growth.Demonstrated growth in client base – new logos.Expected Working Hours:

This position generally requires availability for a 40-hour work week during standard business hours.
