As the Head Growth Enablement Manager for the North America Airfreight Organization, you will be responsible for effectively supporting the wider Maersk Sales Organization as the Air Product Sales Leader, through the complete sales cycle to effective closing. Together, let's sail towards a brighter, more sustainable future with Maersk.High-Level Position PurposeEffectively support the wider Maersk sales organization, as the Air Product Sales leader through the complete sales cycle to effective closingSuccessful oversight of experienced team of Air Product Sales professionalsCreate, lead and execute Go To Market strategy for the Product LineParticipate and contribute with wider sales organization -annual sales targets for Air ProductEnsure consistent delivery of budgeted GP and volume through monthly reporting on business wins and conversion ratios.Key Responsibilities:Create and execute annual plan for strategic growth initiativesExecute and Deliver budgeted annual GP and tonnage growthIn conjunction with Marketing/BPO, create and deliver NAM sales collateral.Represent Air Product as the first point of contact for the wider Maersk sales organization for all new commercial opportunitiesEnsure Air Growth and Solutions commercial support throughout the sales cycle to closingSource new lines of business from existing client baseGather market information on competition and client pricing trendsRequired experience & skills:Min 10 years direct experience in Sales with focus on solution sellingExtensive technical Air Product knowledge including pricing, operations and go to market strategiesProven ability to manage team of high performing Air Sales professionalsStrong communication and presentation skillsUnderstanding of key cost drivers of logistics and supply chain managementAbility to facilitate cross functional decision makingJob Type:

$180,000.00 - $200,000.00Benefits:
