The focus will be business development and assisting potential and existing clients with technical and business challenges. We are seeking a high-energy professional with an enthusiastic outlook and entrepreneurial attitude. Preferred candidates will be self-motivated professionals who can sell managed services, cloud services, and network engineering services to businesses in the Baltimore MD area.Who you are:You are a detail-oriented self-starter who takes extreme ownership of your performance and can communicate effectively with teammates, clients, and vendors. You enjoy organization metrics, analytics, team camaraderie, and multitasking, all while working in a fun environment.Responsibilities3+ years of exceptional sales experience in a quota-driven, high-demand business to business environmentMulti-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where strong organizational and social skills are essentialComfortable discussing and proposing technical solutions that align with client business challengesSelf-starter with internal motivation and a strong drive to succeedExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsEnthusiastic to learn and talk about technical subjects, embracing the complex nature of technologyWhile technical experience is not required, you do need to be able to learn about the services and products we offer and translate how our offerings will help potential clients reach their business goalsHigh-level of business acumen, and understanding how business leaders consider problems facing their organizationHigh degree of integrity and resiliencyNetwork, coordinate, develop, and manage long-term relationships with other professionals and C-SuiteTravel to client sites and trades shows/conferences overnight or for a few days at a timeComfortable cold calling into accounts to obtain appointments with new customersStrong work ethic with the ability to create and grow marketsExtreme ownership mentality for performance and accountabilitySpanish is an advantage (in certain markets)Require a valid driver's licenseQualificationsDevelop, track, and close sales leads through prospecting, networking, and gaining strategic partnerships as primary sources of your opportunitiesProspect effectively to the C-Level, think like one, speak like one, and propose business outcomes versus just products and servicesIdentify prospect requirements including technical, prospect infrastructure, configuration, and other requirements and call prospects to continually find new customers and projectsNetwork with other business professionalsWork closely with technical staff to generate proposalsConfidently present proposals to clients to engage interest in managed IT and cybersecurity solutionsWork collaboratively with the marketing team to develop informational seminars, marketing material, targeted campaigns, and qualified leadsEffectively qualify opportunities to determine scope and disqualify potential customersManage pipeline and move opportunities along through to close independentlyBenefits:Commission based on an accelerator commission plan, and annuityProgressive PTOMedical/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability availableTax deferred retirement plan with company matchCareer Development and CoachingFun work environment!
