Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capture Manager to join our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) market team in the DC metro area.The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and knowledgeable of DHS ready to put their business and sales acumen to work. We are searching for a customer- and mission-focused Business Development professional who understands client challenges to create compelling business solutions. To support market growth, building a strong and diverse pipeline of opportunities and seeing those opportunities through the full capture process will be a key success factor.Job Responsibilities:

As a BD and Capture Manager, you will:Own, maintain, and grow a 12-month pipeline of $200M+ qualified opportunitiesLead end-to-end opportunity identification, capture, and proposal efforts of $25M-$200M.Work with Capgemini capability teams and Federal customers to solve client needsSupport account executive or market lead, to curate the pipeline and prioritize requirements into actionsCreate capture plans and drive capture activities such as client/opportunity research, RFI submittal, requirements analysis, competitive analysis, teaming, vehicle shaping, win strategy development, key differentiators, and solution facilitationKeep up to date on market trends and complementary Capgemini offerings and capabilitiesSetup and perform client demonstrations along with Capgemini technical teams to showcase Capgemini offerings and capabilitiesManage partner, JV partners, and other ecosystem stakeholders to convert opportunities into awarded contractsAttend industry conferences as Capgemini representativeDevelop Marketing plan and coordinate marketing, conference, and white paper development with internal and external contributorsManage business development costs and associated reportingIdentify, socialize, and implement process improvement activities for the Foundry, Capgemini’s centralized capture/business development organizationRequired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, marketing, management, or related field)A minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience in the full lifecycle of Federal capture from opportunity identification to proposal response submissionExperience owning, maintaining, and growing a qualified sales pipelineFull-lifecycle capture management experience of opportunities within DHSProposal management experienceDHS client and partner relationshipsKnowledge of current IT trends, platforms, and innovations in the marketExcellent writing skills and creating and delivering presentationsExcellent opportunity research and analysis skillsDemonstrated success in winning contract awardsDesired Qualifications:

DHS Experience at priority component agencies - ICE, USCIS, CISA, CBPPrior contract delivery experience10+ years of relevant work experienceLife at Capgemini
