What You Will Do

Our Data and Analytics consultants help clients maximize the value of their data. This high performing team works with clients to implement the full spectrum of data analytics and data science, from data querying and data wrangling to data visualization and dashboarding for business intelligence (BI), to predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. They will join a team responsible for developing advanced analytics products; applying data visualization and statistical programming tools to enterprise data to advance and enable the key mission outcomes. In this role, they will support all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions, through data collection and ETL, from performing analyses and using a wide range of statistical, machine learning, and applied mathematical techniques to deliver insights to decision-makers. This role requires special attention to the interplay between data and the business processes that produce it and the decision-makers that consume insights.

What You Will Need

A CURRENT and ACTIVE Top Secret (TS) / SCI federal security clearance with Full Scope (FS) PolygraphBachelor’s degreeFIVE (5)+ years' of experience supporting DoD clientsExperience cleaning, manipulating, and pre-processing data using Python and/or SQLWhat Would Be Nice To Have

M.S./M.A. in Data Science/Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or similar quantitative/computational discipline.Experience performing data science / analytics, such as statistical modelling, predictive analysis, or machine learning using Python, SQL, PySpark and cloud-based tools such as Big Query, Databricks.Experience with Data science and ML packages such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy etc.Ability to support clients in identifying and addressing needs, building relationships, and driving solutions forward and experience leading small teams.Experience designing and implementing technology for new or existing business applications.Experience developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under weekly and monthly deadlines.Problem solving capabilities demonstrated in a team context to debug, troubleshoot complex software orchestrations, and/or identify solution options.Experience scoping and estimating individual tasks, as well as performing on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.Experience in end-to-end model development and deployment lifecycle i.e., from prototyping to model development, ML Ops and putting models into production.Define success metrics for various AI/ML initiatives; analyze data from experiments and/or simulation models to identify and quantify the impact of changes.Guide AI/ML adoption and roll out strategy by communicating the results of experiments to key strategic leaders and multiple stakeholders.Conduct exploratory data analysis activities (for example, basic statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, statistical inferences) on available data.Develop newer techniques (for example, advanced machine learning algorithms, auto ML) by leveraging the latest trends in machine learning, artificial intelligence to train algorithms to apply models to new data sets.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.What We Offer
