We are a well-established legal practice located in beautiful San Diego, California. We specialize in insurance defense and have a track record of providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are currently seeking to add an attorney to our team with 2-10 years of insurance defense litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including but not limited to personal injury, premises liability, and property damage claims.Legal Strategy: Develop and implement effective legal strategies for resolving cases efficiently and in the best interests of our clients.Client Communication: Maintain regular and clear communication with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies and stay current with relevant laws and regulations.Court Appearances: Represent clients in court, attend hearings, and conduct depositions as needed.Negotiation: Negotiate settlements and handle mediations when appropriate.Trial Preparation: Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, document management, and trial strategy.Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active California State Bar membership in good standing.2-10 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
