This philosophy fuels our brand’s continuous growth and empowers each member of our team.Requirements1-3 years of recruiting experienceExpertise with Comeet, sourcing methods, LinkedIn job posting, internet and passive systemsExcellent organizational, interpersonal, computer and communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentProfessional, friendly and outgoingESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSecure job opening and posting authorizationsConduct interviews via phone, video, or in-personQualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as contact person for questions from candidates and hiring managersWrite and post recruitment ads with appropriate media, both print and electronicScreen resumes for qualified applicants and coordinate resume review with hiring managersSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managersDiscuss candidates with hiring managers and determine final candidate selectionDiscuss hire offer recommendations and obtain appropriate offer approvalConduct background and reference checks, as requiredCoordinate procurement of temporary employees as needed using temp agenciesPrepare recruitment status and performance reportsResearch and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitmentDevelop and maintain relationships with department managers and other key staff to remain abreast of future hiring needsCommunicate with managers to improve recruitment processesDevelop pools of qualified candidates in advance of need for frequently needed positionsOther duties as assignedOur company is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities and embraces diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
