Job Summary
An integral part of the Pulp Riot Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Education teams to create and deliver impactful digital campaigns that increase brand awareness, traffic, and conversion in pro and consumer channels.Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including, but not limited to: division counterparts, distributor partners, retailers, and all internal sales, marketing, and operations partners. Actively builds networks and is the in-house go-to for all digital initiatives for Pulp Riot.Responsibilities
Paid Media + Content (40%)
Collaborates with marketing (US + DMI), sales, and education teams to understand respective calendar and business objectives.Applies and creates actionable paid digital campaigns for launches and animations.Manages briefing and execution of all paid digital campaigns in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.Partners with creative resources to ensure content is properly adapted for multiple formats (Web & Mobile).Conducts updates to all content across sales channels, in partnership with Marketing, Education, and Sales.
Advocacy + Influencer Relations (40%)
Grows and supports pro and consumer influencer relationships and programs.Supports product seeding to help grow community and brand awareness.Manages relationships, contracts, and core activity with brand ambassadors.Analyzes and translates insights from owned social channels/groups; reports findings with cross-functional teams and turns into actionable digital plans for the US.
CRM/Ecomm (15%)
Manages web updates for new launches and ongoing optimization opportunities (product pages: content + copy).Identifies exposure opportunities on distributor and loyalty sites and briefs/develops content with cross-functional teams to increase brand relevance.Develops and executes CRM plans with SalonCentric to support new launches and animations (email campaigns, including targeted series; SMS; app).
Additional Responsibilities (5%)
Updates IMC budget tracker to ensure campaigns are on-budget.Tests and learns on platforms and ensures strategies meet current best practice standards for each channel.Keeps current on the latest industry trends and participates in brainstorming sessions; presents new ideas for continuous improvement.Handles ad hoc requests as needed.
Job Requirements
College Degree.4 - 7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and project management.Related work experience which demonstrates an understanding of and skill in the confluence of brand management and digital marketing principles.Demonstrated strength in communication and influencing skills; not only written and verbal but also in the engagement of internal and external business partners.Ability to lead presentations.Comfortable working autonomously in an entrepreneurial environment, with low-moderate supervision.Highly collaborative across different stakeholders in a matrixed environment.Self-motivated, results-oriented, strategic thinker.Strong time management and prioritization skills.Strong computer skills necessary (All Microsoft Office programs) with heavy focus on PowerPoint.Experience working within the professional beauty industry and SalonCentric is preferred, but not required.Essential Physical Requirements
Travel will vary based on brand events and meetings - up to 5%.Must be able to work in an office environment, minimum of 3 days per week.Salary Range: 92k-125k + bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
