Located on 37 landscaped acres just outside of Sacramento, Village Carmichael senior living community embodies the true spirit of community where residents enjoy the security of a worry-free lifestyle. Eskaton offers a variety of programs that give residents total independence while still offering access to a full continuum of on-site health care.

We are seeking a talented individual who will commit to the challenges of creating and delivering an operational-culinary-driven experience. This is a hands-on OPS role requiring previous experience managing upscale food production, with retail & fine dining menu knowledge. This is a highly visible position and will interface with the residents and clients on a daily basis. The right candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be a champion for their employees and staff.

Qualifications:

Experience in a Luxury Senior Community.

CDM required, or the ability to test within your first 90 days on the job.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for high-level customer service.

Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Working knowledge of retail systems, automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems, as well as menu graphics programs.

Position Summary:

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing teams for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day-to-day operations.
