We believe only an open-source approach can solve the problem of data integration.OpportunityAs a Senior Go-to-Market Analyst, you will work closely across the revenue organization to drive strategic decisions and be at the center of our Growth initiatives.What You'll DoOwn analytics end-to-end: set KPIs, investigate anomalies, and proactively explore data. Communicate findings and analysis across the company.Address ambiguous problems across the user funnel from acquisition to expansion and formulate hypotheses into actionable analysis to drive experimentation.Partner cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, GTM, and other teams to identify levers to improve the customer experience and business strategy.Lead the data strategy for revenue data, enabling well-informed architecture and design decisions.What You'll Need3+ years in an analytical role.B.A./B.S in Math, Economics, or related quantitative discipline.Advanced SQL knowledge and understanding of statistical analysis and experiment design.Excellent problem-solving skills.Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.Bonus: Exposure to data integration technologies.We provideFully remote flexible work environment.Unlimited Paid Time Off.Co-working space coverage.Parental leave for all new parents.Sponsored Travel for team collaboration.Open book policy for professional development.Continuous learning/training policy.Competitive benefits package for US-based employees.Salary for this job:
