Account Director, Growth

is a direct stakeholder tied to revenue and growth expectations for our most important customers. As an Account Director, Growth you are responsible for maintaining current business, increasing usage within existing use cases and driving new revenue opportunities across new use cases and business units. The Account Director, Growth will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive account strategy to achieve specific targets. This person will oversee creation of opportunities and articulation of the value prop for Telesign solutions within their defined accounts.Key Responsibilities

Set individual account strategy and maintain account plan within the overall go to market strategyWork with a cross functional team with a goal of providing world class customer experience to preserve and grow existing businessDrive incremental revenue inside mid market accounts by uncovering net new use cases, growing adoption of current opportunities, and upselling and cross-selling additional solutionsIdentify and build relationships with key decision makers, approvers, and influencers to foster a solid and trusting relationship between strategic clients and companyDevelop a complete understanding of each account including divisions, business units, organizational charts, purchasing process and decision-making hierarchyConsultatively solution-sell the suite of TeleSign services by mapping business challenges with technology solutionsClosely partner with SDRs, Customer Success Managers, Solution Architects, Routing Specialists and HQ Sales Operations teamPlan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and executive teamEssential Requirements

2+ years in demonstrated sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding annual team quotas and performance targetsDemonstrated ability to set strategy for and lead a cross functional teamIdeal candidate will have an understanding and/or experience of CPaaS market, information security, SaaS models, identity and authentication, and B2B2C sales modelsExperience navigating complex sales cyclesStrong written and verbal skillsStrong collaboration and communication within departments with like-minded goal of achievementSelf-motivated and entrepreneurialAttention to detailBachelor’s Degree or equivalentAbout The Role

Pay decisions are also guided by our financial means as well as analyzed against what others earn internally. We strive to pay competitively and offer market differentiated benefits and perquisites in line with our compensation philosophy. Telesign’s good faith estimate for this position is

$63,000- $120,100

+ commission + benefits. This range is a reflection of many similar positions and your actual compensation may not be at the high or low end of the range but will be based on your unique skills and other criteria mentioned.
