Senior Financial Analyst
to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and data-driven Senior Financial Analyst with SaaS experience to be the right hand of our Professional Services Leadership team. As a critical member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, interpreting, and presenting the financial performance of our SaaS-enabled Professional Services division, driving strategic decision-making and ensuring profitable growth.
Duties And Responsibilities
Deeply analyze the Professional Services P&L, dissecting revenue streams, cost drivers, and profitability by service line, project, and client.Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability for the Professional Services team while incorporating market trends and benchmarks.Translate complex financial data into clear and actionable insights for leadership by assembling findings into compelling reports and dashboards that highlight key performance trends.Leverage technical skill set to develop automated data analysis and create dynamic reports.Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, from executive to project managers, ensuring everyone understands the financial implications of decisions.Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed to support a dynamic SaaS company.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, MBA preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate finance position. Software/SaaS industry preferred.Proven track record of building and maintaining complex financial models in Excel, with proficiency in modeling SaaS metrics and subscription growth.Experience with major reporting tools (NetSuite, Adaptive, and Salesforce preferred).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Passion for data-driven decision making and a collaborative spirit.Deep knowledge of SaaS business models and the financial drivers of successful SaaS companies.
This position offers a total compensation range of $113,800.00 to $123,800.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata’s benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate’s location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
