Join our team to create the future of air travel.MISSIONThe Head of Talent Acquisition will grow Gordian 4x in 2022 by building and leading a world-class startup recruiting team. You will define and manage our approach to talent - partners, channels, capacity, staffing, and spend - while advancing our culture and environment by upholding our hiring standards. To succeed, you will create innovative and streamlined processes to reduce friction in an accelerated recruiting workflow and act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, sharing market trends, insights and managing expectations.
