Direct leadership of manufacturing, drug product, drug substance, supply chain, distribution, engineering, and facilities teams at the Newark site.Oversight and leadership of CMO partner operations and stakeholder management.Provide clinical and commercial material according to strategic plans and business objectives.Help implement or improve products, processes, and technologies in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.Align with senior leadership to ensure strategic plans and targets are met.Lead teams and provide guidance to help achieve project goals in order to meet operations, quality, and team deliverables.Key point of external contact for CMO relationships such as PCI/LSNE and AJI, third-party logistics providers, and key technical operations support for partnerships such as Teoxane, Fosun, and Viatris.Develop and execute long-range plans, financial plans, and budgets.Continue to lead Revance’s P&L with improvements in cost of goods sold.Motivate and encourage the site teams; foster collaboration across teams/functions/partners (e.g., R&D, CMO partners).Report the status of operations, including the defined indicators, goals, achievements, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Host inspections by third parties and assure implementation of commitments to regulatory agencies.Maintain the highest level of compliance with any and all applicable quality, safety, and environmental regulations, standards, and best practices.Attract, retain and develop talent with a strategic talent management plan to lead organizational and individual excellence.What qualifications you need to be successful in this role:

Required Skills

15+ years of progressive technical operations management experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry (plant operations leadership/site head).Demonstrated strong understanding and track record of cGMP, GMP manufacturing, FDA guidelines, regulatory inspections, supply chain operations and quality standards.Proven CMO partnership ability and expertise; can successfully lead contract discussions with quality, regulatory, legal, finance, and other business partners.Experience in managing a pilot scale biologic facility and aseptic fill finish CMOs and sites.Experience delivering on-site performance and KPIs to support corporate objectives.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Demonstrated cross-functional partnerships with all key internal stakeholders such as Quality, Regulatory, IT, HR, Legal, Finance, and other departments.Demonstrated experience with managing operating and capital budgets.Lean Six Sigma or related continuous improvement leadership.Required Education

Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or another related technical field.Preferred Education
