The Data Quality Analyst will be 100% dedicated to the PMS Program Symphony (SAP S/4HANA Implementation) during its duration and will be primarily responsible for product/part data for the in-scope processes. This position will need to collaborate with Program Leadership, Program Staff, and organizational Subject Matter Experts to achieve the Program goals of simplifying and standardizing global processes and procedures. After the program completion, the Data Quality Analyst will form the ongoing data governance function within the FP&A department. The suitable candidate will need to think and manage projects and procedures strategically but also to have a hands-on role with regards to creating, implementing and maintaining data processes, providing support for the Program core teams, and possess excellent communication and change management skills.Duration and Employment Status:

This is a full-time position on a temporary basis, expected to last for the duration of the ERP implementation project, approximately 2 years. At the conclusion of the project, there is no guarantee of continued employment with the company. Particle Measuring Systems is an at-will employer.Specific Job Responsibilities:

Lead subject matter expert in Master Data Management workshopsParticipate in SAP S/4HANA Fit To Standard (F2S) WorkshopsIdentify localization requirements and data gaps with country leads (SMEs)Support Business Design Authority (BDA) process as it relates to dataWork with the program’s Global Process Owners on their designs of manual workarounds or non-SAP processes to ensure data compliance and accuracyReview and approve data requirements in end-to-end process design documentationInput into and sign-off configuration designWork with Global Process Owners’s to generate SOPs – Standard Operating ProceduresCutover planningMaster & transactional data mapping review and approvalConsultation on data profiling resultsApproval and governance of formal data ownershipOwner of data cleansing rules and data cleaning activitiesSupport data migration issue resolutionProvide test scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”)Execute testing for UAT where requiredGather and review data change impactsSign-off data change impact assessmentsDesign and oversee implementation of data change interventionsSupport training needs analysisSupport end-user training as required (roles to be defined in the training strategy)Other duties may be assigned as Program and organizational needs arise.Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues into actionable solutions.Shows confidence, good judgment, energy and personality to work in a dynamic, global environment across all levels of management and across business units and functions.Encourages a highly collaborative team environment and actively engages with all major internal and external stakeholders.Will define goals and priorities within own area of responsibility ensuring that attention is brought to the most important projects or tasks.Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communications, presentation and influencing skills, including the ability to elevate issues to the right level internally and externally.Possesses a true business mindset understanding the key drivers and affects of business processes across the organization.Retains professional skepticism and a testing/validation mindset.Strategic focus but also has a strong ability to deep dive into the details.Cultural sensitivity and ability to periodically travel internationallySomeone who can quickly learn and develop but above all embrace change.Qualifications:

BS/MS in Data Analytics, Computer Science or other related discipline is preferredStrong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) systemsAn understanding in logistics, production, finance, or accounting is a plusMinimum of 7 years’ progressive experience in data governance, ERP, or related function.Advanced proficiency in process modeling and analysis using tools such as O365.Demonstrated skillset of process improvementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to efficiently analyze large datasets.The Nuts and Bolts

Location – This is an “in-office” position 10-20% of the time. The location of this position is in Boulder, CO. The remainder of the time you may work from home. Particle Measuring Systems determines pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data, for the Boulder, Colorado area. We will evaluate external equity, which is the relative marketplace job worth of jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company.For new hires, we try to make competitive offers between the minimum and around the midpoint of the range. This allows the new employee room for future merit increases during review cycles. There may be times when we will offer above the midpoint. The decision to do so will be based on the applicant’s level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate, the amount we have budgeted internally, and the compensation rates of the employees within the company doing the same position.
