Acts as the primary Lean Six Sigma methodology resource or lead for moderately sized/moderately complex projects or in support of large-scale programs. When serving as a project lead, enlists support from more junior staff or peers. Formulates and defines process scope and objectives with key results based on both customer needs and a good understanding of the business, operational, and/or industry requirements. Role requires strong global business acumen and exceptional communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, an ability to work with ambiguity, and can express ideas clearly, balancing passion with audience comprehension.Responsibilities:

Independently applies established processes to gather, organize, and review operational data/metrics; analyzes and synthesizes the data; compiles data into reports or presentations. Contributes to development of new processes or procedures for required analytics.Specific deliverables will include but will not be limited to SIPOC (Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs, Customers) Documents, Value Stream Maps, Client Value Calculations, Pain Point Prioritization Artifacts, Root Cause Analysis Displays, Solutioning Recommendations and Scheduling along with Controls and Risk Remediation Analysis.Communicates effectively with technical and business staff. Develops and delivers both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses, and/or presentations. Responsible for analyzing and defining business issues, opportunities, and enhancements and implementing business solutions.Participates on project teams or may lead projects/initiatives. Is a resource to less experienced peers on complex or unprecedented issues. Provides transparency in project progress and exercises sound judgment to effectively anticipate and mitigate major risks across the project life cycle.Define and manage project plan while managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance. Identify tasks that will allow for timely and transparent execution by all team members. When roadblocks arise, diplomatically provides expert analysis, and fit for purpose action plans to mitigate any risks or delays.Leverages various LSS tools conducts root cause analysis exercises, identifies solutions, and prioritizes Quick Win opportunities. Effectively collaborates with stakeholders at all levels and communicates needs; proactively recommends adjustments to optimize costs, benefits, and speed of delivery.Knowledgeable and leverages various Agile tools as needed such as Daily Stand-Ups and Retrospective Discussions etc.Educates SMEs and team members regarding LSS methodologies. Serves as a coach/mentor to less experienced peers and associates pursuing certification.Takes a creative approach to problem-solving, focusing on details while maintaining the “big picture” view.Helps identify and train process owners to ensure process improvements are sustained over time.Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND5+ years of total relevant work experiencePreferred:

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt CertificationWorking knowledge of Project Management and Change ManagementAgile Certification and/or Agile working knowledgeProficient with Process Mapping tools including Microsoft Visio and BlueWorks LiveDemonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience interacting with Leaders within an organization.FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.Wage Transparency Disclosure

Colorado: Minimum salary (USD) range $81,000 - $138,000 Annual. Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
