Analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Prepare account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.Review the open PO’s and record the necessary accruals.Perform general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries and month-end close procedures.Assist in preparing and posting all entries and reconciliation for month-end close.Review various calculations and analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and recommend and implement changes as needed.Research, analyze, and use independent judgment in a variety of daily and non-routine decisions affecting assigned function.Coordinate Intercompany Payable/Intercompany Receivable reconciliations between parent company and subsidiaries.Prepare audit schedules and assist the auditors in their inquiries.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline required.Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.Self-motivated, able to prioritize responsibilities, and work in a dynamic environment.Good communication and presentation skills.Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP functions, etc.) a plus.Experience with NetSuite (Oracle Application), Concur, and Coupa is preferred.Annual Salary Guidelines: $100,000 - $120,000Qualys is an Equal Opportunity Employer; please see our EEO policy.
