As an FP&A Associate, you will report to the finance director. Your responsibilities will include providing financial insights and projections to the accounting team. You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning. You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made. Coordinate meetings across the Organization which will be addressing monthly reviews or specific initiatives. You will also coordinate the logistics and financial templates to be used for the Annual Budget exercise.

ResponsibilitiesProvide FP&A support in different tasks related to financial analysis, management reporting, forecasting and budgeting, variance analysis, preparation of Excel KPIs dashboards and Power Point management presentations.Understand business KPIs and how they are tracked and measured; constantly autonomously propose, develop, and implement initiatives to improve KPI tracking and forecasting.Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.Partner autonomously with the wider finance team and other departments on business performance reviews and cost savings initiatives.Work on different projects and initiatives that could be needed across the different Business areas.Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

SkillsBachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in finance and accounting or a related area.General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational metrics and principles.Experience analyzing large datasets and developing financial reports.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to proficiently interact with various management levels.Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.Strong can-do attitude, self-starter, and ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision. Eager to learn and progress in the organization.Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities/deadlines.Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; experience with NetSuite or other accounting/planning tool is a strong plus.
