Job DescriptionPOSITION TITLE:
Junior Licensing Financial AnalystPOSITION PURPOSE:Accurately analyze and report all financial contractual obligations of Manufacturing License Agreements.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Track all licensee sales to ensure accurate royalty reporting to management.Record all licensee financial submissions.Compare licensee sales report to detail backup.Create statement defining licensee sales and royalties by licensee and country.Communicate findings and discrepancies with licensees.Reconcile tax verification.Review annual inventory reports of licensees.Complete adhoc requests for Executive Management.Re-bill licensee expenditures incurred by GUESS increasing cost savings.Determine appropriate account to charge, prepare invoice request for Accounts Payable, collect and review all invoices.Re-bill travel expenses as they occur.Reconcile account.Maintain accurate sales information for sub-licensed stores to guarantee adherence to retail agreements.Analyze retail store sales reports monthly and reconcile royalty payments.Assist department in correctly reporting foreign distribution to streamline territory sales and perform adhoc reports and analysis on a day to day basis to facilitate executive review of the business.EDUCATION:

$72,000.00Base salary will be determined on various factors, including but not limited to, market data, internal equity, relevant background, and experience for the specified role. GUESS?
