Requirements:Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.3+ years of experience in UX design.Portfolio of work that showcases your skills and design process.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with HTML & CSS is preferred.
Summary of Role:We are seeking a UX Designer responsible for collaborating with a team of designers, developers, and product managers to create user-centered experiences for our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to apply them to many projects. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities:Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design solutions.Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement design solutions.Conduct research and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and pain points.Collect and analyze feedback from users to improve designs.Create presentations and documentation to communicate design decisions.Stay up-to-date on the latest UX design trends and web accessibility standards.Adapt to changes in design technologies and tools.
Location Information:This role is
preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office , with hybrid work from home flexibility.Our HQ is in Denver, Colorado. Our fun, downtown location is open for those who wish to work in the office, set visitor meetings, and collaborate with coworkers in person.Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.Compensation:Annual salary range: $75,000 - $100,000
