Support the management and operation of wealth solutions ALM and model validation for both current and new initiatives. Maintain ALM Tableau dashboard for Asset Liability Committee quarterly meeting and explore additional materials to enrich the dashboard and perform relevant analysis in response to changing market conditions and business strategies. Complete ALM production items accurately in a timely manner, understand the drivers of results and perform analysis as needed. Production items include liability duration, guaranteed minimum interest rate roll forward analysis, discount factor generation, credit spread quarterly update for modeling, portfolio rate and new money rate for pricing and rate setting, and internal rate of return reporting. Support annual projects processes such as asset assumptions update process and year-end memo support. Provide monthly fund transfer reports and market value adjustment deep dive analysis. Enhance/automate existing ALM processes and maintain up-to-date documentation. Opportunity allows for partial work from home as long as employee resides in the same Metropolitan Statistical Area, where the job is offered (as defined by the Bureau of Labor Statistics).Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field, and two (2) years of actuarial experience, or experience working in finance, or the insurance industry. Must have passed at least 3 actuarial exams of the Society of Actuaries. Experience must include: Working with finance, reinsurance, life insurance, experience analysis, and/or risk management; Working with Tableau, Visual Basic, Python, and SQL; Statistical analysis, data analysis, data science, and model validation; and Data reporting and visualization.Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. $69,700 - $87,130 USD.What We Offer:
