With over 30 years of experience, we support clients in making informed real estate decisions. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Real Estate Appraiser who is eager to grow with us.
As a Real Estate Appraiser at Republic Valuations, you will begin with comprehensive in-office training. Once proficient, you will transition to conducting appraisals on the road and engaging in B2B sales. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in real estate appraisal and B2B sales experience who is eager to develop and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Perform detailed appraisals for residential and commercial properties.
Conduct portfolio evaluations and provide litigation support.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Drive B2B sales to expand our client base and service offerings.
Ensure compliance with all appraisal standards and regulations.
Compensation:
Starting salary of $80,000 plus commission.
Transition to commission-only as you establish your client base and expertise.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate appraisal.
Strong background in B2B sales.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
New York State Licensing Requirements:
All appraisers in New York must be licensed or certified. The specific types of licenses include Trainee Appraiser, Licensed Residential Appraiser, Certified Residential Appraiser, and Certified General Appraiser. Each type has different requirements for education, experience, and scope of work.
