Account Supervisor

Calling all Account Supervisors with experience in advertising/creative agencies. Our creative agency partner is looking for an Account Supervisor to join their team in a direct hire capacity.This client prefers candidates local to Wisconsin or Ohio (Cleveland), but is open to fully remote individuals.Responsibilities:
Driving progress against client growth goals and identifying business/client development opportunities.Acting as a trusted advisor, providing consultation to client leadership on strategic challenges.Developing and leading annual client planning, focusing on organic growth.Building and maintaining strong, consultative relationships with senior-level client contacts.Leading the development, sell in, and implementation of agency compensation agreements.Leading scope/fee negotiations and determining informed value-based pricing.Ensuring the delivery of demonstrable value to clients through the agency's work, partnership, and multiple service offerings.Educating and coaching junior account teams.Working cross-functionally with media, strategy, social, creative, and other teams across the organization.Required Qualifications:
8+ years experience in an account role within an agency setting.Experience working cross-functionally across agency teams (marketers, creative, data, media, etc.).Deep understanding of agency processes and how to build robust client relationships.Strong communicator and presenter, very consultative and solution-oriented.Passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion teams and initiatives.Brief, organized, and succinct communication style for client touch points.Preferred Qualifications:
