Our client, a mission-driven marketing agency just outside of Boston, is looking for a passionate Senior Account Manager to join their team!The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with long-standing clients, as well as forming relationships with new clients as projects arise.Responsibilities:
Manages the relationship between clients, agency leadership, creative team and more.Leads projects related to health communications, healthcare, education, housing, social services and other public awareness issues.Acts as the project leader for a variety of assignments including campaign development, video production, social media, digital marketing and more.Conducts or manages research assignments including focus groups, online discussion boards, survey development.Develops campaign plans including paid media, social and digital media and other outreach efforts.Develops and maintains high profile influential relationships on behalf of clients.Creates estimates, manages budgets, develops timelines and mitigates problems as they arise.Participates in virtual and in-person events.Assists with new business development and stays abreast of new marketing trends.Minimum Qualifications:
6-8+ years of experience in an account role; agency experience is strongly preferred.Demonstrated interest in social issues such as health, education, equity and missions of non-profits.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.Excellent writing and presentation skills.Bilingual skills a plus.This is a full-time opportunity to join a mission-driven team. At this time, the team is going into the office on Wednesdays. While that is strongly preferred, the team can be flexible.Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can enroll in the company's 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan. Employees will also receive eight hours of vacation leave every month and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will be able to purchase company stock, are eligible for annual bonuses, and can participate in profit sharing.Submit resume (and samples if applicable) to:
