Our office is a pleasant work environment with friendly employees, and most of our paralegals have 5 to 10+ years of experience in their fields. No agencies, please.Responsibilities:Preparing letters, pleadings, and other legal documentsConsultations with prospective clientsAssess and analyze a case for profitability and efficiencyTelephone and Zoom appointments/return callsAll forms of communication with clients: telephone, email, video conf.Working with the County Clerk’s office & communicating with Judicial AssistantsMaintaining correspondence with clients and other involved partiesPerforming various administrative tasks required to organize and maintain files (copying, scanning, faxing, etc.)Track and accurately enter timeManage a caseload of open filesLegal researchAttend hearingsInvolvement in the local communityQualifications:Licensed to practice law in the State of FloridaThe ability to work independently, prioritize, & complete assigned work in a timely mannerTake direction & feedback from the managing attorneyWork efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitudeOrganized, detail-oriented, & able to work independentlyProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, & Adobe PDF softwarePossess strong written & verbal communications skillsComfortable working in a team environmentFamiliarity with timekeeping software & experience working in a law officeProficiency with working in Practice Panther or other case management softwareWorking knowledge of supporting software, i.e. FormBuilder, FormTool, HotDocs, etc.Time management; calendar blocking.References requiredCompensation:

$72,000 - $92,000 yearly + bonuses
