The work hours are Monday - Friday 8AM–5PM.

DescriptionComplete confidential spreadsheets and charts for senior management's monthly profitability reporting. Maintain data on benefits paid, corporate revenue data, claims processed, and beneficiaries served. Validate and respond to data requests as needed.Represent corporation on committees and in programs. Perform ticket distribution of internal and external sports events and maintain and monitor donation requests for all associated lines of business.Schedule appointments and coordinate travel for internal and external executives for meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and board meetings.Plan and design draft presentations for board meetings and partner meetings.Use strong customer service skills to triage important, urgent phone calls to resolve or solve problems. These will typically be from CEOs, executive and support staff of partner companies and from beneficiaries and providers who are unable to resolve problems at lower levels.Organize and expedite the paper flow of financial statements, budget reports, employee salary profiles, purchase requisitions, employee requisitions, and officer quarterly reports.Maintain the senior management files, contact lists, and organizational charts.To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need:Required Education: Associate'sRequired Work Experience: 8 years administrative support experience.Degree Equivalency: 2 years job related work experienceRequired Software and tools: Microsoft Office and knowledge of tools such as Visual Basic and Macros useful in automating reporting processes.Required Skills and Abilities:Strong organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills.Good judgment skills.Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.Ability to persuade, negotiate or influence.Analytical or critical thinking skills.
