Duties:

Contact regular and prospective B2B customers to provide product information, explain product features, submit samples and catalogs when needed.Recommend products to customers based on each account’s needs and interests.Answer clients’ questions about products, pricing, availability, and functionalities.Provide price quote, terms, lead time, estimated delivery date, warranty, and other information to existing and prospective clients.Solicit and follow through the orders with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.Qualifications:
