Oversee and manage all aspects of a client’s caseCommunicate with clients and opposing counselDesign effective and winning case strategiesDraft and/or review documents and pleadingsAttend court hearings and trials, as neededQualifications:
Must be a member in good standing of The Florida BarSubstantial experience in Probate & Trust Administration including contested matters - the successful candidate will have been attorney of record in at least 50 probate cases, some of which should include contested mattersLLM in taxation or estate planning and/or Board Certification is preferredAn AV rating is a plusStrong research and writing skillsExcellent organizational skillsExperience managing a full caseloadCompensation:
$100,000 - $140,000 yearly
