What You'll Do:
As a Trust & Estates Attorney in our New York office, you will play a pivotal role in our firm's estate planning and administration practice. Your key responsibilities will include:Complex Estate Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for high-net-worth individuals and families.Provide asset protection planning and strategies.
Trusts & Estates Administration:Administer trusts and estates, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Manage all aspects of probate and trust administration, including preparing and reviewing documents, filings, and reports.
Client Consultation and Representation:Advise clients on estate, gift, and income tax matters.Represent clients in estate-related disputes and litigation.
Collaborative Work:Work closely with other attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base.
What You'll Bring:
Experience:5+ years of experience in complex estate planning, asset protection planning, and trusts & estates administration.Experience in business is a plus but not required.
Qualifications:LLM in Taxation or CPA.Admission to the New York Bar.
Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Salary:
The expected salary range for this position is between $200,000 and $300,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
