Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legal research, and work with senior associate attorneys to provide legal adviceResolve cases efficiently by communicating effectively with and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegalsMaintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals, and support staffPrepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedingsAnalyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clientsAbility to think creatively and strategicallyExceptional organizational skills, including time managementStay up to date on legal authorities and case lawSpeak with clients to determine case assessmentStrong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitudeQualifications:

Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and our clientsActive membership with the American Bar Association (ABA)Applicants must have successfully passed the state bar examCompletion of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolWillingness to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client baseAdmission to the California BarExperience in Unlawful Detainers preferredCompensation:

$90,000 - $120,000 yearly
