Senior Account Executive:

Compensation:

$70,000 base, OTE $110K - $130K (commissions are uncapped).

4-day work week, Health, Dental & Vision, Summr and Wintr breaks, Paid vacation + Unlimited sick time.

Your Work:

Feathr is seeking a motivated Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in our mission to deliver unparalleled digital marketing solutions to nonprofits. In this role, your primary focus will be on selling our digital marketing software and services to nonprofit organizations, identifying suitable prospects, understanding their needs, and showcasing the

value

Feathr can deliver to address their pain points. This role requires a consultative approach, as you’ll be working closely with clients to align our solutions with their goals.

We are focused on hiring a Senior Sales Professional onto our team that:excels in selling the value of a software solution,displays a genuine interest and empathy in all communications,is accustomed to navigating a small company with frequent changes (for the better),and knows the right questions to ask to get to the root of customer pain points.

While we are measuring various skills and competencies of candidates, these items are weighted more heavily throughout

Our sales cycle is typically 60 days and $17,000 ARR with deals that routinely top $50,000 total.

Your Experience:3+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales positionsExperience in value selling to outbound customers. You must educate the prospect on the need for our software by uncovering, understanding and solving their problems. We are unique, so you must have more than simply competitive comparisons.Experience with self-sourcing leadsProficiency of the Sales Process

Your Day:Use your expertise to quickly establish credibility and build authentic relationships with nonprofit organizations.Leverage your interpersonal skills to connect genuinely with clients, making them feel understood and valued.Develop and implement self-generated prospecting techniques to build a robust pipeline of new sales opportunities.Immerse yourself in the nonprofit fundraising space, becoming an expert on common software needs and pain points faced by nonprofit organizations.Utilize consultative selling techniques to offer unique and insightful perspectives on each customer’s organization.Tailor your approach to address the specific challenges and goals of diverse nonprofit clients, showcasing the value of our solutions.Conduct captivating daily product demos via screen-share and in-person interactions.Engage with a diverse audience, ranging from Marketing Coordinators to CMOs to CEOs, demonstrating how our solutions can transform their strategies.Take charge of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and demos to crafting compelling proposals and negotiating successful closures.Showcase your negotiation prowess, ensuring deals are not just closed but crafted in a way that benefits both parties.Rise to the challenge and exceed your sales goals and quotas.Showcase your determination and commitment, driving not just your success but the success of our mission.

Compensation:

Base salary is $70,000 base, with commissions between $40,000- $60,000 for an OTE of $110K - $130K (commissions are uncapped).

In addition, you’ll receive health/dental/vision insurance, and other benefits like a professional development budget, office food, and social events, not to mention being a part of a supportive and motivated sales team.

Location:

This position is Remote to candidates located in Eastern and Central time zones or with the option to work from our headquarters in Gainesville, FL. If you aren’t familiar, Gainesville is a hip, mid-sized city with a highly innovative population and an attainable standard of living.

Interview Process:

As a part of our commitment to creating a fair, equitable, and positive interview experience for all candidates, we offer full transparency of our interview stages to give applicants an idea of the time and effort involved. Additionally, each interview stage consists of standardized questions and rubrics with a scoring system to ensure a consistent and fair assessment practice of all candidates.Information Screening - The Talent Acquisition Team will invite candidates that move forward to a 30-minute virtual interview. This conversation will be focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions the candidate has.Hiring Manager Interview - 60 minute virtual meeting with Our Director and Associate Director of Sales. This interview will dive deeper into the role, technical knowledge, and requirements of the position [and the people you will be working alongside].Sales Pitch & Panel Interview- 60 minute virtual interview. Candidates will be asked to provide a sales demo with the goal of securing next steps and exhibiting their sales skills [rapport building, discovery, product presentation & close]. Preparation for the assignment should not take more than 90 minutes. Candidates are given multiple days to work on the project. You will present to the Associate Director, Director, and Sr. Director of Sales.Final Interview - 45 minute virtual interview with the Associate Director of Talent Strategy to answer any lingering questions you have about the role and company, follow up on any topics that need a bit more time, and get to know you beyond your skills and experiences. We focus on understanding how well you align with our company challenges, values, and work environment and making sure you clearly understand what the role entails and what your time at Feathr looks like.Offer - The Talent Acquisition Specialist will reach out with the details of the offer to discuss with the candidate. After all the details of the informal offer are finalized, the candidate will receive their formal offer. At this time, we will run the background check.
