As a Senior Nonprofit Formation Account Executive at Harbor Compliance, you will be at the forefront of our mission, driving revenue and building lasting relationships with nonprofit organizations across the country. Lead Response & Engagement: Engage high-potential contacts with relevant, compelling messages in a timely manner, ensuring that no opportunity is missed.Winning Sales: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals. You'll conduct thorough discovery sessions, deliver impactful pitches, overcome objections, and negotiate win-win deal terms that meet both client and company needs.Growing Existing Accounts: Leverage your deep understanding of client needs to identify and act on opportunities to expand existing client relationships, helping them to broaden their services with us.Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends and client needs, and share your insights with the product team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Collaboration: Work closely with our Partnerships team to support channel partnerships, correctly handle referrals, and honor partner agreements.Conference Participation: Represent Harbor Compliance at industry conferences. Network, connect, and engage with clients and prospects to build strong relationships and drive sales.What We're Looking For

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in selling SaaS or professional services in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of exceeding quota.Sector Knowledge: Direct work experience in the nonprofit sector and familiarity with entity, licensing, tax, and/or records management solutions is a plus.Sales Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (like HubSpot or Salesforce), and experience with the Winning by Design methodology (SPICED Framework) is highly desirable.Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.Attributes: We're looking for someone with grit, drive, and the precision to thrive in complexity.
