Job Overview:The law firm is seeking a highly experienced Litigation Partner to join its team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in General Liability, Professional Liability, and/or Employment Practices Liability defense and a proven track record of success in managing complex litigation matters.
Duties:
Lead and manage litigation cases from inception through resolution.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to junior attorneys and support staff.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional legal representation.
Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to litigation practice areas.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
10+ years of litigation experience, preferably in General Liability, Professional Liability, and/or Employment Practices Liability defense.
Admission to the Florida Bar.
Proven track record of successful case management and litigation outcomes.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior attorneys.
Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications:Admission to the Florida Bar.
