As a leading service commerce platform, our modern digital and mobile applications create predictable, informed, and convenient experiences between customers and their service professionals.We're in search of a customer-focused Product Designer to lead the design efforts for EverPro Edge, a solution tailored for SMBs. As a pivotal player in shaping EverPro Edge's user experience, you'll have opportunities for professional development and to make a lasting impact across the organization.As the Product Designer, you will be responsible for crafting the user experience, interface design, and overall product aesthetics. This involves collaborating cross-functionally, conducting comprehensive user research, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to develop a deep understanding of user needs and business goals.Transform broad, conceptual ideas into tangible designs to foster understanding and drive productive discussions.Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the user experience.Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis.Advocate for user-centric design principles both internally and externally.Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

5+ years of experience in product design, user experience design, or related fields.Proven track record of designing intuitive and engaging products.Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of UI and UX design principles and best practices.Experience with Figma.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience with user research methods and usability testing.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Passion for creating delightful user experiences.Where:

This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position.Compensation:
