And under this roof, we protect what matters most.Team Or Function OverviewThe Siplast Strategic Marketing Team partners with Siplast stakeholders to provide customer-focused digital and traditional marketing initiatives that are tightly aligned with the market development efforts of our product and technology leaders, driving segment growth.SummaryThe Strategic Marketing Manager is a key member of the Siplast Strategic Marketing Team and will be responsible for setting the promotion and communications strategy to drive loyalty of Siplast products within defined business segments. He/she will lead our demand creation and demand capture efforts, while supporting sales and business development efforts in the defined business segments. The Strategic Marketing Manager collaborates across the organization to help define strategies that support the business unit’s annual objectives as well as the longer term (3-5 year) strategy, and in doing so he/she will design marketing campaigns that create awareness, generate and capture demand, support new product launches and accelerate key business segment initiatives.Essential DutiesSpecific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Develop and lead execution of strategic marketing plans to support the business unit’s key initiatives and growth goals.Generate demand through a broad mix of digital and traditional channels, and measure results against key metrics.Coordinate with in-house Siplast or other GAF resources, and/or external resources to develop and deploy targeted campaigns.Develop annual marketing budget; responsible for managing annual spend.Monitor and analyze competitive activity as well as available third party and proprietary data to inform business strategy decisions.Support trade show activities; collaborate with Associate Tradeshow and Event Specialist, business development manager(s), and related vendors.Provide product commercialization support to defined business segments.Physical DemandsSpecific physical demands include:Ability to frequently work in a stationary position for long periods of time.Ability to occasionally move about to accomplish tasks.Close visual acuity to view documents and computer screens.Ability to frequently converse with and convey information to others.Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.Ability to move up to 10 lbs. occasionally and up to 30 lbs. rarely.Under This Roof, We RequireMinimum qualifications include:Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.Strong background and understanding of Commercial Construction and the Building Envelope.Experience in developing content to support marketing campaigns.Process oriented in terms of project management and on-time delivery.Strong background in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.Travel: up to 25%.Under This Roof, We Also ValuePreferred qualifications include:Master’s Degree preferable in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.Experience in the construction industry with architects, consultants, contractors.Strong project management skills.Self starter with attention to detail and accuracy.Some experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics and Eloqua.Strong communication skills - written and verbal.How We Protect What Matters MostWe offer a wide range of health insurance options that include medical, dental, and vision for you and your family.
