What You Will Contribute:

The Global Marketing Communications – Smart Water team formalizes and implements integrated marketing communications campaigns and materials based on market initiatives which include: advertising, public relations, email, social media, sales collateral, video, trade shows and more.

The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for building customer interest and awareness for global business-to-business products and services by strategizing, building, deploying and tracking marketing campaigns and commercial programs. Reporting to the Manager, Global Marketing Communications – Smart Water, this individual works collaboratively across the global marketing department to develop campaign plans/timelines, ensuring the successful implementation of marcomm tactics and reporting back to stakeholders with the results. The right candidate is an experienced marketing communications professional who excels at project management and is comfortable with a metric/performance driven culture.

Job Duties:Partner with Global Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales Management to consult on, strategize, develop and deploy innovative national/international marketing campaigns and commercial programs to achieve objectives.Fulfill marketing communications component of product releases/launches including delivering a brief/plan and managing the promotions, public relations, sales collateral, and other marketing tactics through completion.Write and manage the national/international trade show communications strategy.Project manage national/international trade shows, working closely with subject matter experts, Content Manager, Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy and Trade Show Production teams.Prepare contracts (POs) and invoicing in support of programs.Work with both internal and external resources to deliver results and achieve project goals.Support the Manager, Global Marketing Communications – Smart Water in media analysis and placement, strategic marketing plans, campaign briefing and trade show analysis.Prioritize campaigns and commercial programs in a fast-paced environment, with multiple competing requests.10% travel required.

Qualifications:5+ years of experience in leading and owning campaign or commercial marketing programs for a business-to-business environment. Previous experience working in a global environment preferred.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or communications-related field.Working experience in project management, email, content management and social media management tools.
